Orders placed by 10:00 AM (cut-off time) for in-stock merchandise are processed in the same business days. Merchandise will then be shipped out of warehouse in the next 2 to 4 business days.

Cancellations of unsuccessful delivery or return parcels due to incorrect addresses provided are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Payments after deduction of restocking and shipment fee will be credited back to your credit cards. Credit usually will be shown on the next billing statement.
Normal delivery time does not apply to custom orders, special arrangements, and engravings.

Merchandise will be shipped via FedEx in 5 to 7 working days. Notification emails with tracking numbers will be sent to customers to track for time of delivery.
