1/ DO I HAVE TO BE A REGISTERED MEMBER IN ORDER TO PURCHASE ON HKJEWONLINE?

In order to provide you with an efficient and flexible shopping experiment, you do not have to become an immediate member. If you are satisfy with your shopping with HKJEWONLINE, you can choose to create an account at the end of check out. Just simply create a password and your account will be registered automatically. As a registered member of HKJEWONLINE, you will receive notification of new products, promotions, discount-codes periodically based on your wish list.

2/ WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENCE PRICES ON THE SAME STYLES?

Different cuttings, shapes of stone, and change of gold price in different production days are the reasons why there are price differences on same styles.

3/ POSSIBLE OF SOURCING OR RECOMMANDING OUTSIDE JEWELRIES OTHER THAN FROM HKJEWONLINE?

We will be glad to work with our customers. Just simply tell us your interest and budget, we can find you the most suitable styles from our partner manufactures. If needed, you can go to contact us for further reference.

4/ CAN CUSTOMERS PROVIDE TAILOR MAKE STYLES?

Because tailor make styles involve many complicated procedures, we currently do not provide tailor make service.

5/ AFTER ORDER IS CONFIRMED, CAN MAILING ADDRESS BE CHANGED?

If order items have not left our warehouse nor picked up by the designated carriers, we will try changing the mailing address. A prompt respond of such regards will be appreciated to ensure smooth transaction and minimize any shipment delay which may be created. However, change of address cannot be accepted if order items have left our warehouse and are in the hands of designated carriers.

6/ CAN PURCHASE BE MADE WHILE TRAVELING OVERSEA?

Absolutely! You can refer to the shipping service for details. We suggest contacting with our sales representatives to obtain the most accurate and updated shipping information.

7/ WHAT HAPPEN IF ITEM RECEIVED IS DEMAGE OR INCORRECT?

We are committed to ensure the items delivered are correct and in the best quality. In case the item received is incorrect or defective, kindly provide the followings so situation can be follow upon.

  • Date of merchandise was received;
  • Order/Purchase number
  • Reasons of problem (package damage/item missing/item damage/incorrect item received);
  • Item Serial Number;
  • Photo of described/related items.

8/ RING ORDER

Rings from HKJEWONLINE all come in Hong Kong size 16 (US size 7). Alternate sizes may result in additional fee and shipment delay.

9/ SHIPPING PROCESS

Step 1: Find your desire item, then click on the image or press [read more] to enter the item page. Also you can point at the item and click quick shop to obtain a brief understanding of product information;

Step 2: Select and confirm the item/style and quantity, then click “add to my shopping cart”;

Step 3: You can check your shopping cart at any time during the process or click “check out”. You can then enter gift card or discount voucher (if any);

Step 4: Once directed to payment page, please fill out all necessary information and select payment method on the right side. Please note that space with [ * ] must be completed before you can proceed to the “secure payment”;

Step 5: You will then to connect to our payment system. Fill out payment information and then click submit;

Step 6: After your purchase is completed, an email confirmation will be sent to you shortly. You can always refer to our Delivery Service for the approximate shipping time.
